Got this in an email today, and it really hit home with me...

Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character.
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.

Don't have much to say about it besides be careful when those mean, judging thoughts roll through your head, don't let them become your destiny!
